Themocast. High zircon and aluminium content castable, with 20-30% refractory cement. Used up to 1650⁰C, assures a good mechanical, thermal shock and abrasion resistance. Is used in thin layers or by casting a larger area (missing or broken bricks). Can be applied by brush, trowel, casting or gunning. Is delivered in powder form, in 20 litre plastic pails or 25 Kg paper bags.

        Thermoseal. Very high zircon and aluminium  with low cement content castable (under 10%). Used up to 1900⁰C assures a very high strength, thermal shock and abrasion resistance. Is used in thin protective layers or casting a larger area (missing or damaged bricks). Can be applied by brush, trowel, casting or gunning. Delivered in powder form, in 20 litres plastic pails or 25 Kg paper bags.

        Themocoat. Non vitrified protective or bonding material. Used up to 1900⁰C provides an anti-corrosive, anti-acid and anti-alkalis layer. Bonds refractories to metal frames and protects of burn outs. It applies by brush, trowel or spray. Delivered in powder form, in 20 litres plastic pails or 25 Kg paper bags.

        refraglue. Used up to 1900⁰C as a bonding agent or as a filler in kiln cracks. Thermal shock and abrasion resistant. Delivered in a ready to use paste form, in 20 litre pails or 1000ml jars.
